Visit the packages section on our home page, choose the package, the dietitian and the duration, and fill out the questionnaire with your personal information about your current lifestyle and goals, then click “Book” to be contacted via the contact details to complete the payment process, and then refer you to the dietitian then start your healthy life style jurny.

After filling the questionnaire, you will be contacted in order to complete the payment process, and this is through money transfer  (WU, MoneyGram etc), or through bank transfers.

Each package has a different communication frequency:

Diamond: 5 times per week (via WhatsApp messages, phone and video calls)

Gold: 3 times per week (via WhatsApp messages & call)

Silver: 1 time per week (via WhatsApp messages only)

The specific days & timing when you can reach out to your dietitian will be determined on a case by case basis and will be shared with you on first contact.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds due to the nature of our services, however, you can pause your membership anytime you like for a maximum of 1 month.

you can freeze your subscribtion for once, not less than aweek or more than month, and you have to note that with your dietitian.
